Is AI actually worth it for a company our size?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — and we will tell you which. AI pays off fastest where you have high-volume repetitive work, or where good data already exists but nobody has time to query it. It pays off worst layered over messy, ungoverned data, which is how most AI projects fail. That is why every engagement starts with a readiness assessment instead of a build.
How is this different from buying an off-the-shelf AI tool?
Off-the-shelf tools assume your data is already clean, connected and governed. Ours usually is not on day one. We fix the data layer first, then apply AI where it measurably shortens the path from question to decision — so the tool has something reliable to reason over.
Do you work with OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure?
All three, plus Microsoft Copilot and Fabric AI. The right choice depends on where your data already lives, your compliance requirements and your budget. We are not resellers, so the recommendation is not tied to anyone we get paid by.
What is the smallest way to start?
The AI Readiness Sprint: two weeks, fixed fee, and you keep the roadmap whether or not you build with us. It is designed so the first purchase carries no risk.
